Same Black terror propaganda theyve been using for years. Just like the flash mobs 2 years back. New Age "Birth of a Nation." It is so very critical in this day and age of quick, tidbit, microwaveable media to check sources and decipher for self what information is false, and what is fact-based, and what is distorted therein.
this knockout game bullshit is annoying because it’s
1) blatantly racist fear-mongering about “black mob violence”
2) over-hyped slow-news-day cherry-picking of videos of aggravated assault rather than statistical evidence
what qualifies a random act of violence as part of the “knockout game” what is the difference i do not understand? the only qualification i see is in the way the media treats it? apparently the difference between aggravated assault and the “knockout game” is whether or not the perpetrator is young and black?? just because you’re black or white doesn’t mean your intent was anything other than “i’m gonna knock this motherfucker out,” just because the perpetrator was black doesn’t mean they are immediately part of some sort of nationwide conspiracy to beat up white people like seriously grow up
Franz Kafka, the story goes, encountered a little girl in the park where he went walking daily. She was crying. She had lost her doll and was desolate.
Kafka offered to help her look for the doll and arranged to meet her the next day at the same spot. Unable to find the doll he composed a letter from the doll and read it to her when they met.
"Please do not mourn me, I have gone on a trip to see the world. I will write you of my adventures." This was the beginning of many letters. When he and the little girl met he read her from these carefully composed letters the imagined adventures of the beloved doll. The little girl was comforted.
When the meetings came to an end Kafka presented her with a doll. She obviously looked different from the original doll. An attached letter explained: “my travels have changed me… “
Many years later, the now grown girl found a letter stuffed into an unnoticed crevice in the cherished replacement doll. In summary it said: “every thing that you love, you will eventually lose, but in the end, love will return in a different form.”
My heart’s aflutter!
I am standing in the bath tub
crying. Mother, mother
who am I? If he
will just come back once
and kiss me on the face
his coarse hair brush
my temple, it’s throbbing!
then I can put on my clothes
I guess, and walk the streets.
I love you. I love you,
but I’m turning to my verses
and my heart is closing
like a fist.
sick as I am sick, swoon,
roll back your eyes, a pool,
and I’ll stare down
at my wounded beauty
which at best is only a talent
Cannot please, cannot charm or win
what a poet!
and the clear water is thick
with bloody blows on its head.
I embrace a cloud,
but when I soared
That’s funny! there’s blood on my chest
oh yes, I’ve been carrying bricks
what a funny place to rupture!
and now it is raining on the ailanthus
as I step out onto the window ledge
the tracks below me are smoky and
glistening with a passion for running
I leap into the leaves, green like the sea
Now I am quietly waiting for
the catastrophe of my personality
to seem beautiful again,
and interesting, and modern.
The country is grey and
brown and white in trees,
snows and skies of laughter
always diminishing, less funny
not just darker, not just grey.
It may be the coldest day of
the year, what does he think of
that? I mean, what do I? And if I do,
perhaps I am myself again.
i cant believe a large group of adult men rigged a survey to vote for the best animated kids show of 2013 by creating scripts that automatically vote for my little pony a million times i feel like were living in a bizarro alternate universe of the real true timeline where bronies are fairytale creatures that only exist in legends
